Our 2010 Annual Golf Outing is scheduled for Monday, September 13th at Sycamore Hills Golf Club. Guest and members of the Board are welcome. We'll begin with a brunch at 11:30 followed by a full 18 holes of golf and finishing with cocktails, and a fun dinner and raffle. Tickets are $110 for golfers, or you can attend just the cocktails/dinner portion of the evening for $35.
Despite the unpredictable weather, we had a good turn out at our recent Art & Garden Tour. We'd like to thank everyone involved, especially the following GPBR volunteers:

The US Environmental Protection Agency has recently announced a new rule regarding remodeling structures built prior to 1978. While compliance responsibilites for Realtors are minimal, the new rule will require contractors and remodelers to be certified with the EPA's new Lead Based Paint work practices. Current remodeling projects may even put put on hold for some homeowners while their contractors go through the certification process.
