PRIMARY MEMBERSHIP

• For NEW members to the Board (You currently do not belong to any Board of Realtors, or never have been a member.)
• For RETURNING members (You have not belonged to GPBR (or any board) for less than 1 year, or are transferring from another Board where you are currently ACTIVE.) Transferring members are required to submit a Letter of Good Standing from current Board to waive application fee.

SECONDARY MEMBERSHIP (For applicants who have an active primary memebrship with another board in Michigan.)

• Secondary Application

Please note, if you are joining as a secondary, you must present a Letter of Good Standing from your primary board indicating that your State and National dues are paid for this year. You must remain in good standing with your primary board while you are a secondary member with us.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Complete the application, have your broker sign it, and submit it with payment to the Board Office. If you are a secondary or a transferring member, include a Letter of Good Standing. All prospective members will be required to attend a Membership Meeting and complete NAR’s online Code of Ethics Training. New REALTORS® will also be required to attend an Orientation session.
