GPBR members participate in both MiRealSource and RealComp. We do not have our own MLS. MLS related questions are best directed to MiRealSource or RealComp.

RealComp Gateway Information
Members of non-participating Boards who want RealComp access can use our Gateway program for access. The fee for this service is 45USD/year, plus regular RealComp usage fees. A letter of good standing from your present board is required.

Please use the following forms to apply - BOTH must be turned in to GPBR!

RealComp Office Participation Form- To be filled out by your broker.
Agent Gateway Participation Form - To be filled out by your broker AND all agents at the firm individually.

- Please only use this if you are renewing your Gateway membership.



RealComp Gateway Process - PLEASE READ
The following steps must be completed to have your gateway membership processed and get RealComp access. Until all steps are completed, your application will NOT be processed:

1.) Your broker should fill out the RealComp Office Participation Form (link above), being sure to list all office members participating in the gateway on page 3. (This form gets submitted to GPBR, as part of your packet. Do not send it to RealComp.)

2.) All agents listed on page 3 of the Participation Form must fill out the Agent Gateway Paticipation Form (link above) individually.

3.) Your current board must be contacted, and a letter of good standing is needed for each applicant. We suggest supplying your board with a list of all the applicants so they can just create ONE good standing letter that has everyone's names on it. Either your board can forward that to us, or you can include a copy with your application packet.

4.) No applications will be processed without payment. Either mail all forms and per applicant to us, or fax your packet to us at 313.882.6062 and call us to arrange payment by credit card. There is a 3% transaction fee for all credit card payments. We accept MasterCard and VISA.

5.) Once we have received the RealComp Gateway Participation Form and your Agent Gateway forms, we will verify that all applicants are in good standing and that their payment has been received. After verification, your packet will be forwarded to RealComp.

If you have questions, please call (313) 882-6062, ext. 11. Partially completed packets will not be processed until we have received all forms and payments.

 

Please note, the GPBR office is open Monday-Thursday, 9am - 5pm. Applications submitted on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
