26th Annual GPBR Golf Outing

Registration is now open for our 26th Annual Golf Outing!
Monday, September 12th at Gowanie Golf Club in Harrison Township.

Golfers will enjoy 18 holes for 120 USD per person, including:

  • Lunch - An outdoor BBQ of hotdogs & hamburgers to kick off the day
  • Drink Carts - Beer, soda & water during your round of golf
  • Dinner - Plated ribeye steak
  • Open Bar - Cocktail hour before dinner
  • Cash Prizes for: Best Low Score, Longest Drive & Closest to the Pin

RENE Certification Class, May 24-25

The Grosse Pointe Board of REALTORS is thrilled to announce the first offering of the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification. This two day course is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills.

In this course you will:
 
Learn about behind-the-scenes issues and how to deal with them
• Learn how to handle a wide range of personalities and situations
• Learn to sort out the competing objectives of the parties involved in a transaction
 
All REALTORS are welcome to attend, and certifying is not required for those just interested in the material or earning elective course credit for ABR, CRB, or SRS. To earn the certification, you must attend the two day course AND pay a one time certification 9 fee. Your course fee will include breakfast & lunch on both days.
