Once again we are pleased to announce the 23rd Annual Grosse Pointe Board of Realtors® Home & Garden Expo.

The Expo traditionally attracts hundreds of local homeowners as well as members of the Grosse Pointe Board of Realtors®, who are interested in home improvement and renovation projects. Scheduled in March, the Expo provides inspiration to homeowners planning spring projects, and is a prime opportunity to promote your business and forge relationships with future clients.

The Grosse Pointe Board of Realtors will be hosting a FREE public seminar on February 23 at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial. Covering The State of Real Estate, topics will include assessment appeals, trends, statistics, tax incentives, short sales and more.

Doors will open at 6:30 and the Grosse Pointe War Memorial is located at 32 Lake Shore Drive in Grosse Pointe Farms. Please arrive early to get a good seat, we expect a full house! There is no need to RSVP.
